xmaslights4fun
First year at this and i know we are getting into crunch time. Getting away form the Mr. Christmas and going LOR. So my question is - is there a feature in LOR that will take a song and give you a default of sorts for a 16channel controller? Just wondering if there is something in one of the wizards that does this. I can't really fond anything on it so i am assuming no but i thought i would ask. Just hoping to get a couple of sequences done up to get a show together and then spend a lot more time in the new year to learn more of what LOR can do. I see a lot of tutorials out there and appreciate all who contribute. Thanks again
dgander
Your best bet is to buy a premade seq at first and see how it's done. There is a beat wizard but you still have to set up the props and lights. Just start easy with 16 channels and use a premade seq. If you follow the LOR format, you will get a good result even with just one controller.
TheDucks
You need Basic+ to use the Beat wizard. (Basic is just demo mode)

dgander
If you buy the sequences that are not locked, you can see how they are setup which would be helpful. Also, there are a few youtube videos about using the beat wizard should you decide to go that route. Again being this close, you may not have time, just depends on how much time you have to dedicate to it.

Jimehc
Your "Preview" is the "Roadmap" to your 'Display"... If you setup your display following the LOR 4x4 Layout (Prop Groups of 4 or 8) it is rather easy to use LOR Sequences.. Shared (Ebay) Sequences are going to be somewhat of a challenge as you would have to Copy&Paste the usable part from that sequence into yours... Although it is doable... So figure out what 16 Props you want to control and how you want them laid out... Then try to create a "Preview" with your House Picture and some drawn in and labeled Props... We are here to help if you need a little help or assistance....
