lights not working

hello guys , i have problem with my lights 1-9 wont come on during show ..if i take out the cords from the lor box and plug it in the outlet it works.everything is assigned too there units. do u now what the problem is. its a 16 channel box thank u very much:D

hey guys i found the problem it was the cat 5 in the lor box i had too switched them around i hop that works thank u guys:D
