Is there an auto save option to save sequences?

Autosave is where? I am looking for a setting to autosave sequence lets say every 15 minutes.

Just saves a copy with an optional filename whenever you save. I can't recall if S4 used to have a timed option.

Alexa set a reminder to save every 15 minutes.
