Chauvet DJ COLORstrip 38" RGB LED Bar on DMX not working

Below is my setup

In my director I have a cat5 to my other controller and I have a RJ-45 to XLR 3-pin Female out to my dmx network.  On my dmx network I have them linked in the following order:

1. Chauvet DJ Scorpion Dual Aerial Laser Effect
2. Chauvet DJ Hurricane 1600 Fog Machine
3. Chauvet DJ COLORstrip 38" RGB LED Bar x2
4. Chauvet DJ EZpar 64 RGBA Battery-powered Par x3

Everything is working except the Colorstrips.  Even the Pars cabled afterwards work fine.   

So my question is, anyone who has worked with these, are there any tricks or tips to get them to work in this setup?  I think I am sending the right commands and I think they are set up correctly in the dmx network.  All of my cables are dmx and I have a terminator. 

I haven't taken my computer outside to troubleshoot yet.  I do have some test sequences with commands to all of my dmx props and all work but the COLORstrip.  I thought I saw a post somewhere that said they were a little finicky.  So I thought I would ask before digging deeper into troubleshooting.   

I am a DJ but usually set lights to auto sound mode and don't use dmx.
