Creating networks for a Director

I finally need to use port 3 and port 4 on my N4-G4 Director, but I cannot seem to set the network parameters, and am wondering what I am doing wrong.  Up until this point I have always just selected number of ports as 2 in the HUB.  In LOR Network Preferences, I set AUX B to COM 5, enhanced and 500K, and AUX C to COM 6, enhanced and 1000K.  AUX 5 and 6 were picked arbitrarily since I do not have, nor need the USB dongles.  When I go into HUB to write the show to the SD card, now selecting 4 ports, it does not pick up my network updates and instead repeats Port 1 (REGULAR) and Port 2 (AUX A) settings.  I also cannot change them manually at that point as the selections are grayed out.  I assume I am missing something simple.  I could not find anything related in a search of the forums or the documentation.

In the Preview you assign Props to various networks. When you create the SD card, the Hub (S5) will read the Preview and let you choose port settings. Don't worry about COM ports with the director. It reads it from the Preview.

@Don I wondered if that might be the case.  Thanks!  Show is running now so I will give that a try late tonight.  I realized in my haste to setup the show that I have over 4000 pixels on Port 2 (500K enhanced) and although it all seems to be working I want/need to break that down some.
