friskybri
OK, Here is one to set the stage for a firestorm. I see there is LOR that I have bought the software for. Now I see animated light, D-light and vixon lights. Are these other software and hardware controllers. So what is the difference.
doug petschke
LOL ! Nothing like opening a can a worms !I cant believe that no one has replied on this one... I investigated animated lighting before buying the lightorama. I have also seen it in action in downtown kansas city. they are similar in many aspects i think I went with lightorama because i was able to do the demo software and found that it was user friendly. I also was persuaded by the overwhelming support by other users. especially this siteThere are also contractor series achitectual lighting interfaces that can be used as well for a hefty price but very reliable. (ex) lutron but these do not have software gui as good as lightorama.I could go on and on, dont forget there is DMX control too, and programable logic controllers and amx and crestron One could write a very long forum on this subject,
iresq
I would boogie over to the forms of Planet Christmas. There you will find more than enough info on each.
