Downloading issue

Hoping to get some help here before I open a ticket with LOR. I purchased some sequences as I am totally new and pressed for time this year. When I try to install 2 of them, I get the following:

 

The other ones have the (double click to install) and are working just fine.

 

Anyone else seen this or have any suggestions?

I don't recall seeing that error before from the sequence installer.
