Pixel Tree not working right

Please Help!!!

I have a 32 string(100 pixels each) pixel tree being run by two pixie 16 controllers.  I have them each on their own network.  The lights aren’t all lighting up.  I’m missing a group of pixels throughout the tree.  The strings have been testing and are all working.  I’m guessing it’s something to do with my channel assignments.  I can’t attach photos cause the files are too big but if someone out there has had the same problem and can help I’ll email them to you.
