Pixcon 16 Lights out of order

For my 16x50 mega tree, I connected the wires from the left #1-16.  Problem is When i test the lights if i click on universe 4 then string 12 will light up 75% and string 13  25%.  The ribbons are not in order and when testing 1 string it may be on multiple strings?   Can anyone help?  This is my first year and need to prove to my wife it wasn't a waste of money lol

I figured it out, on the configuration tab the lights were listed 1-150  151-300  301-450  when they should have been just 1-150 for each all on a separate universe.
