Can't get 50 Node RGB Bulb string to operate

I have a 4 Input E1.31 LOR Controller I purchased through Wow lights that is completely set up and working, other than one stubborn strand of lights.  I know the strand works.  I have checked the network setup, the sequencer, tested the lights, but I am a newbie and I'm sure I'm missing something dumb.  When the show plays those 50 nodes are light blue, like a test color.

My questions is, where can I find the best way to systematically trouble shoot my entire system to determine why I can't get some nodes to fire?
