pixcon configuration

hello there 

i have a huge tree of 40 feet tall 

7 pixcon controllers - connected to 100 smart pixel rgb 

i have configured the network and the 7 controllers 

but all controllers act like one 

i tried to change each controller .. 

 

but the tab - control doesn't appear .. when I double click the controller 

can anyone help to set and configure ,my controllers ..

You haven't stated if you are running on a LOR RS485 network or E1.31 network. That is important as a Pixcon can operate on both but one will need Unit ID's assigned and the other will need universes assigned.

If connected via ethernet port and the correct data port on the Pixcon16 and using the NP "find Pixcon16" will it tell you what universes are assigned to it?

Helping someone that has the need to know.

The "find Pixcon16" button will not show the universes assigned. Use the advance button on the side panel and then click the DMX tab to see the assigned universes.
