Donl1150 Posted November 14, 2022 Share Posted November 14, 2022 I am trying to submit a ticket to the Help desk and it tells me a password change is necessary in order to continue. I do that and I get the same message. Change the password. It is a continual loop and I am unable to get in to submit the ticket. What is happening? Not on the LOR HD but last week I received the same message on one of my music websites. Changed the password and received the same message. Sent the site support a Mesaage and they told me to try to log in with the previous new pw. It worked. Said it was a Google Chrome issue with an update. Hopefully it will work for you with the HD. Like Don said. That's how I have submitted 99% of my Help Desk tickets. Works just fine, and you shouldn't have any issues submitting one without having to log in.
