Anyone know why .........

I am trying to submit a ticket to the Help desk and it tells me a password change is necessary in order to continue.  I do that and I get the same message.  Change the password.  It is a continual loop and I am unable to get in to submit the ticket.  What is happening?

Have you tried to just log in with the previous changed password?

Not on the LOR HD but last week I received the same message on one of my music websites.

Changed the password and received the same message.

Sent the site support a Mesaage and they told me to try to log in with the previous new pw.

It worked. Said it was a Google Chrome issue with an update.

Hopefully it will work for you with the HD.

tried that.  no luck.   now it says I've reached the maximum attempts....access denied.   do you know anybody on that team you could contact for me?

Like Don said.  That's how I have submitted 99% of my Help Desk tickets.  Works just fine, and you shouldn't have any issues submitting one without having to log in.
