cafowler Posted November 13, 2022 Share Posted November 13, 2022 LOR 6.1.4 PRO Pixie 16D2g I am trying to configure my pixel bullet strands (100) W2811 in the advanced settings of the CC/Pixie configurator in HU. My Blue and green are switched when I test them, so I am assuming my strands are RBG instead of RGB. Every time I change it, either individually by strand or for all ports, and click OK, it switches back to the standard order. I have attempted this multiple times, reset the controller to factory settings, and changed UNIT IDs, but it continues to revert to the standard color order. I read in the manual about forcing a configuration using the JP5 jumper, but it doesn't give any instruction on how to do this. Pixel count is set to 100, resolution set to 100.
