Export Channel Layout into printable format

Hi,

I am trying to export my channel layout.  Basically I want the names I have assigned to each channel for each controller in printable format.  Is that something that exists natively or do i have hack the lorchan export file?  Using the latest SW.

In the Preview Editor, go the the string summary tab.  in any square, type [CTRL-A] (selects everything) and then {CTRL-C] (copies it).  Then open your favorite Spreadsheet (excel for example), and select the top left cell the press [CTRL-V] (paste).  That will paste the entire channel layout into the spreadsheet.  Then you can sort, hide columns if desired to get it the way you want and print it out.

Hey Guys,

 

Is there a way to do this in S4? I made up my own Excel file but would be nice to be able to send directly from my channel config to an Excel file if needed.

Yes, there is Al, but I don't remember exactly how - too long since I ran S4...
