Keyboard shortcut possibility EDIT FIGURED IT OUT

Under the ON MOUSE CLICK Is there a keyboard shortcut, or can you map a keyboard shortcut for the "place the current effect button"? Circled in red in screen shot. Select grid cells ( blue arrow - L key) is available. I use these two features the most it seems, and have my left hand parked on the keyboard for the L key Select grid cells.  would be nice to be able to toggle between the two via keyboard without having to loose my place in the sequence because I have to mouse up to the place current effect button.  I didn't find it under the custom keyboard settings but I may have missed it.

Under new key Using select create does this.  I was looking for place current effect hence not finding it.  Was just going to delete my post, but I just decided to post results instead.
