When I open hardware utility it say” cannot open hwseriral form. Maybe be out of date. “ Can make sequences fine. Nothing loads in sd card. I think he forgot to install the FTDI Drivers, without them, that's usually the error the HU will give. Same one I got when I installed the LOR Suite on a new computer and forgot to install those FTDI Drivers.
