Where is the First Branch of a typical 360° Pixel Tree

I've had a 360° pixel tree for several years, and when I set it up I always put the first branch in the back, because that's just the way I started.

I bought some sequences from SuperStar Lights that I've been using for several years, and one sequence bothers me because at the end it just just has the front of the tree lit, which is the desired effect, except the way my tree is turned, the "front" is pointing to the side.

In the Preview, the "Starting Location" is set to "Bottom Back CW", which is how the actual hardware is set up. My question is: Is this not typical for a 360° tree? Is there a reason to change my tree (which is easy enough), or should I just fix the sequence that doesn't look right?
