Mr Christmas
I can't get my dumb RGB 10 watt floods to work in the S5 motion effects. They work when I try them in the hardware utility, but not in the motions. I'm brand new to S5 and am trying out my props to make sure they can work. Jimehc
Verify the Unit ID in your Preview and the Start Channel of each Flood - Note: The Motion effect would be across the Group of Floods -
Steven
According to the Light-O-Rama Help File: "Furthermore, motion effects can only be displayed on lights connected to Enhanced LOR networks, or DMX networks. They cannot be displayed on LOR networks that are not enhanced.". Is it possible that these dumb RGB 10W floods are connected to a network that is not enhanced? (This is why I can't use Motion Effects on my string of 50 GE Color Effects pixel bulbs. I haven't upgraded my hardware in a few years so they are still on a non-enhanced network. Maybe someday I'll connect them directly to E1.31 network, but this will mean I have yet another piece of hardware (a network switch) in my garage.)
