Feature request! Manual input for BPM on beat wizard.

As I said last year, 

it would be awesome, if we can manually input Beats/minute For the best wizard.

YES it works great. 
but being able to type in the number we want it to be, would be awesome! Leave the timeframe option and everything else. Just add a manual timing option!

Isn't a manual beats/minute the same thing as a fixed grid?

That is, if the song is 120BPM, wouldn't a fixed grid of 0.5 give you that?
