tvweather62
Hey there, I've always been a "plug and play" kind of user. My channels 1-4 no longer work after getting wet, or some kind of a surge. Is there any place to see how to check for blown fuses or anything else? The other channels work fine. Thanks!
Mr. P
There are two fuses in the CTB16, one for channels 1-8 and one for channels 9-16. If a fuse was bad then the entire side would be out. IF the insides got wet then maybe something shorted and blew the Triacs. Submit a Help Desk ticket, you may have to send it back for repairs. TheDucks
check for trace corrosion. You may have a stuck 4 bit (although I would have expected the wrong channels to respond when you tried 1-4)
