Feature Request: Pixel level to Motion Row

This would come in handy for those of us that like to use the same sequencing on multiple props. The downside is that if you have 50 pixels on 1 prop and 80 on another prop, you are stuck redoing the whole prop just to extend it.

What would be helpful is if you could take pixel level sequencing and turn it into a motion row. This would save so much time in adding existing sequencing to large or smaller props. Trying to recreate my spinner as a motion row is almost impossible.

Agreed. Assuming you are asking them to take the sequenced enabled channel level of a prop and compress it to only 1 ME row. Then THAT would be AWESOME!!!! you could basically sequence 1 prop the way you want it to, then transfer it to every prop.

that would be really awesome and be super easy…

the motion effects are cool and everything, but it’s honestly hard to get timings absolutely perfect with all the effects not having a “once per duration” option.

like you said…

It would save a ton of time sequencing all the props that have different numbers of nodes.

I like the idea of taking a pixel prop and turning to a motion row.

Is it possible to do a copy and paste of pixels say 50 pixels and stretch vertically to 80? The motion row concept does it automatically, but could there be a special copy and paste that allows for a vertical stretch?

Interesting on the vertical stretch. I think that could be a better option than the motion row.

Just having the ability to stretch a prop inside the sequence editor would be a huge time saver.
