Usability Feedback/Feature request - Drag and drop motion effect rows

I know the Beta is over now but one feature that would be nice to have back in is the ability to drag motion effect rows to a different order. I know it was changed in S6 and now you have right click, go to manage motion effect rows, click the motion effect rows to select it, and then click the arrow up or down to change it. This just adds extra steps and more time to sequencing. The ability to drag and drop and change the order would be so much quicker. It would be quicker to change the background and foreground effect order to see different effects if you cools drag and drop them.
