dgrant
I plan on using three sub channels of a CMB24D DC card output for normally dumb strips, utilizing the R,G,B channels for relay controls. What I can't do is rename those defaulted RED, Green, Blue labels.
k6ccc
Edit the prop that has that dumb RGB and change it to a traditional channel and select one color (does not matter what color you use). That will convert the "red" to a single channel. Create two additional props that are assigned the former "green" and "blue" channels. For example if you are changing the last RGB channel set on the card, that would be channels 22 - 24. Changing the RGB to traditional, assign one color, and call the prop Relay 1. Create two additional props named Relay 2, and relay 3 that are channels 23 & 24. I use several channels on dumb RGB DC controllers as single channels. Thanks Jim That worked. :) So unless LOR wishes to pursue this at another level, mark it done and resolved please Edited August 4, 2022 by dgrant
