k6ccc
I like the new network display showing that each network is or is not connected. I have seen that E1.31 controllers that are powered off show as not connected. Very nice. However, on this computer, there is not and never will be any LOR networks connected, but S6 is showing a valid connection for the Regular network. As you can see in the screen capture below, the Regular network is set to Com 1 which on this computer is a real serial port. The only thing connected to that is a 6 foot extension cable so that the port can easily be accessed from my desk. There is nothing connected to the end of the cable. http://www.newburghlights.org/images/S6_Comm_port_shows_active.png Light-O-Rama Control Panel (64-bit) Version 6.0.0 (BETA) Copyright 2022 Light-O-Rama, Inc. Steven
If you enable shows, does it send data on COM1?
k6ccc
Let me create a show & sequence to test that here....
k6ccc
Created a simple test animation sequence and as far as I could tell, it played both from Sequencer and as a Show on Demand. I had no way to see if there was actually data on the serial port.
