dgrant
Simple question. If I wish to add time to the beginning of a sequence instead of the end? I know I can change the the entire length by using the Change Total Length command under the Sequence menu but it always puts it onto the end. Then I'd have to select everything and skew it to the right the amount of time needed. Is there a simpler method?
PhilMassey
Make a new blank sequence of the required length. I think you will need to pad the front of the audio with silence which Audacity can do. Copy and paste the entire timing grid into the new sequence at the required starting point. Copy and paste all the sequencing.
dgrant
That's certainly an option too and thank you. Hoping that maybe Matt will see this and consider a change to the coming S6 and allow us to add time at either end.
PhilMassey
That would be a handy addition.
