Some channels flashing at end of sequence

I have a couple of sequences where 3 to 4 channels of the mega tree will flash rapidly at the end of the sequence. Have checked the sequence and can not identify the problem. Basically at the end of a fade out 3 to 4 channels will flash rapidly for about 1 to 2 seconds and then are off. Only happening in 2 sequences.

Any chance you have conflicting channels (two channels assigned to the same circuit?)

No, checked that first. I can live with it but thought I would ask the forum to see if anyone had seen it before. Seems like I read a post last year about this but I can't find one now.

Are the lights LEDs?

No LEDs. All mini lights. Software version 1.6.3. Controller is earlier green card 16 channel controller. The mega tree has 4 controllers, two of the newer 16 channel pc cards and two of the older 16 channel green cards. All have the heat sinks installed. I did see this effect last year and I believe it is off the same controller.

If your insistant on staying with LOR I then update your verison 1 software. I think that will take care of your problem.

Did not know that there was another upgrade for LOR I. I have the upgrade for LOR II but I did not have time to make all the changes for this year.
