Shoot me a PM with your cell # and I will send you some pics.

Basically put it all together. That will be a feat in itself.

From there I used sections of PVC conduit and different fittings to create the bones and ziptied the prop to the bones.

To stand my two up i used 1/2 of my 16' radio tower for each.

I have a garage large enough to store them standing up in tact.

Most do not have a radio tower so you could us ethe pvc framing and T- posts and or rebar to secure it to.

I was thinking a PVC skeleton would be the thing to do. Mine is going to be mounted next to the house so I can use the house to stand it up. I should be able to store it assembled in my garage. If not I'll see what I can do to remove a couple branches to allow it to store easily.

I recently bought one of these used, and was considering using rebar with welded "arms" to better support the branches.  I always seem to get high winds that time of year.  For me, I am currently storing it with the branches collapsed, but it is easy enough to remount them.  I had to pop a couple bulbs out of their holes to allow enough flex/play in the wiring at the joints.

My PVC skeleton made it through hurricane winds just fine. The survivability of winds depends primarily on how well it is anchored.
