LOR s5 on Parallels

I made all my sequences on LOR S5 on a MacBook Pro using bootcamp.  I have recently updated to a MAC Mini and am now running parallels. Everything seems to be working good except when I import the sequences the timing is off by just a hair on every sequence.  Is anyone else having issues with this?

I use Parallels on an old iMac and didn't notice that issue. When you say the timing is "off", do you mean you can see that it is off, or when you play the sequence, you can hear that it is off?
