One channel not responding to chasing

I am getting everything wired up, and a board that i have had and worked perfectly for 3 years is having an issue.

with the hardware utility when i run the chase, one channel does not light.
if i use the other basic commands, on shimmer twinkle fade, it works perfectly.

i created a basic sequence with a chase and the channel will not respond to the fast chase command?

this is a 16ch kit board.


any ideas?

Try a reset on the board that is not working.

how do you reset a board that does not have the id switches? it's been a while
