Different versions of sequences from Sequence Store vs TSO package?

I am a little confused by something - does the LOR Sequence store have completely different versions of the sequences than the ones included in the TSO package? I bought the TSO package with YCM added; and I have previously bought a single song from the Sequence Store to get started before my order arrived. The sequence I bought from the store (filename was A Mad Russians Christmas-TransSiberian Orchestra-C68P32-YCM) is drastically different than the one that arrived with my order (filename SS-A Mad Russians Christmas-TransSiberian Orchestra-L3) For reference - see the two attached screenshots showing channels 3 and 4 for the same segment of the song.

The version I got from the sequence store (the first screenshot) has much more detail compared to the version that came with the TSO package (second screenshot)

Everyone is going to have an opinion of what "drastically different" is.

Personally I think the two mega trees (on controller 4) are doing very, very close to the same thing. Just a little different in how they get there.
The arches (controller 3) do appear to be something different.

I don't know exactly how it's done, but I wouldn't be surprised if they updated/changed the programming a little bit over the years. Besides, if everyone, everywhere, had the exact same setup/programming, it wouldn't be unique, just 'normal.'

I'm not sure if this is your 1st year or not but if it is your 1st year then I see why you buy sequences. When you start your own sequencing to match up to your setup then you can make things look different. Start sequencing in February so that you can learn the tips & tricks etc.

I believe I sequenced to Mad Russians Christmas.  I said that to say mine would be even more different in that area & no doubt the whole sequence.

I would agree that it is likely that they change some over time.  And over time, the sequences you either create or purchase will be modified by you.  I've been running a music synchronized show since 2014, and almost every song gets modified at least a little almost every year.  Heck, I have modified two songs once and another one about a half dozen times since my opening night 10 days ago.  And I will likely tweek a couple more before I shut down after the New Year.

There is only one year that I ran the previous years sequences - and that was because I had resequenced every song based on a major hardware change and then did not have time to build the hardware change.

From the filenames and I'm speculating, but appears to me to be the top on is a normal LOR sequence, whereas the 2nd one that the filename starts with SS is a SuperStar sequence, which would be 2 different things....wouldn't they?
