Looking for search light effect

I’m looking to see if anyone has created an effect on their pixel tree that looks like a searchlight(s). Beams of light that come from a fixed point (top or bottom) that swing back and forth (think metronome needle). I’ve tried several with no luck. I was thinking the Scanner effect would do it, but no joy. The whole “beam” moves back and forth, but I’d like one end of the beam to be fixed. At least I couldn’t figure it out. I do not have SuperStar. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
