drounds
Hi, I am having some trouble with the auto sequence the singing face. I have a wow lights singing santa that has basically a mouth open, mouth closed and an outline. I'm having trouble with the settings to get this to work. I was able to make my vocals, and using the elden settings I could use the stock elden face prop and get it to work. When I uploaded the signing Santa prop and tried to auto sequence the singing it generates something but it doesn't light up the prop at all and doesn't save anything to the sequencer when I close superstar. Any help would be appreciated. I am new to the superstar program.
BrianBruderer
With singing faces from other vendors you need to define an image for each of the mouth positions. To do so does require some knowledge of the basics of superstar. You can email me at brian@superstarlights.com and arrange a time for me to remote into your computer and help you out. Wonko
Hi all, I have the same Wowlights santa, and I'm having a similar issue. Was this solved? I'd love to use auto-sequence for my new sequences. Thanks!
BrianBruderer
Yes, there is a solution. It would be easiest if I remote into your computer and show you how. Send me an email at brian@superstarlights.com
