CTB16PCG3 issue with standard lights (not RGB)

Question: We are trying to test everything for halloween tomorrow. Our RGB controllers are working well. We have standard orange lights on our bushes using a CTB16PCG3-V1.11 firmware. Tested in Hardware utility, everything works. Turn off Hardware utility, open Sequence Editor (unit light starts blinking) and then lights do not work in sequence.....

 

Any suggestions?

 

We have tried CTB16PCG3-V1.11 firmware (unit from last year that we used and we updated firmware)

We have also tried a brand new CTB16PCG3-V1.09 firmware out of the box

Same issue, green light starts blinking when I close hardware utility to try to test sequence editor

 

Hardware utility, network preferences, match using same comm port

Com listener running? (HU does not use it). This should start when you launch the control panel.

BTW what does 'RGB' have to do with this AC (dumb) controller issue?

Control Panel must be active in "Notification Area" of taskbar & you must select "Control Lights" from the Sequencer Tab

(You asked in 5 different Places and got the same reply from everybody..)

Also update your software . You are in a very old version. Many changes have been made since the version yoi have listed
