need help using 2 computers switching S5 previews

cannot find files for the previews that i made. anyone know what the preview files are called and or know where they would be located so i can import them. also i was wondering how to add an actual channel to my S5 preview not a motion effects channel. Basically i am importing old S4 lms into S5 but want to add 4 new a/c channels to the viz (preview)

Several possibilities.

Copy the entire lor data folder and subfolders to the 2nd machine.

In the Sequencer, in the Preview Tab, use import and export.

The Previews are stored in the  LorPreviews.xml file in the commondata folder. All the current previews are located in the one file. I highly recommend making a regular backup of this file or preferably the entire lor folder structure.

All channels are added in the preview and should appear in the sequence once added. You don't have to add Motion rows. Import the lms file and apply your preview. Open the preview and add your 4 channels and save. They should show up in the sequence grid.

Unneeded motion rows can be deleted by right clicking and choosing add/delete motion rows. The program will warn you if they contain any content.
