Maybe. What size (wattage) and voltage (5 or 12) is the power supply with the PixCon?

The Pixcon is a 12v, and the pixie16 is also a 12v.

Mostly wrong.  The PixCon16 can operate on any voltage from 5 to 30 volts.  That is normally dictated by the voltage of the attached pixels.  The Pixie is either 5V or 12V and also dictated normally by the voltage of the attached pixels.

Well my question was will thePixcon16 power supply work with the Pixie16 board?

It is dictated by the pixels - not the controller.

Ok, well I bought a 12v Pixcon16 controller complete, with power supply, and case, I run 12v smartpixels, I want to replace the Pixcon16 board with a Pixie16 12v board, still running 12v smart pixels, is this going to work?

Yes it should work, as long as you have 12v pixels and the power supply is 12v your Pixie should work fine. Another note if you are running 16 ports at 50 pixels per string you should be okay with 1 power supply but make sure your brightness is down to about 30% and test all White. If not you may pop some or all of the fuses....

Yes , as long as 12 v you can interchange the pcb- (controller)

Just ensure you do not connect the Pixie16 to your computer without the RS485 adapter
