Cell timming and channel lights

I am trying to change the timming of about 20 cell columns and the timming changed but the cell color does not follow the timming marks. So I have timming marks going about half way thru some of the cell colors. And it appears that the channels are foloowing the colors and not the timming marks. Anyone seen this? I tried several times and looked for other ways to change the cell timming, But I can only find resize timmings to.
