ShayneT
Is it possible to split the line (like a Y connector of sorts)? I had the version with a booster which had two outputs that died.
Mr. P
No, it is not recommended to split a USB-RS485-HS.
TheDucks
The Red and black adapters have a built in terminator as it is supposed to be ONE END of the network. You might get away with a really short 'leg', (not terminated), but it is not the proper way to do RS485. (You could also do surgery and remove the 120ohm terminator, but that voids the warranty)

Don
You could also look at the RS485 Network Repeater. https://store.lightorama.com/rsnere.html
dgrant
I use that exact repeater as I have to split off two different directions. In my case, I'm controlling two homes. The repeater works perfectly for me.
