DevMike 429 Posted January 25 Share Posted January 25 There was an issue with eMails out of our licensing database. If you purchased a new license or requested your license information between 1/21 and 1/25 your eMail was just sent and should now be in your InBox (or possibly spam folder). New Licenses/Upgrades were handled properly. The only thing that did not happen was the outgoing eMail to the users. Please note that if you requested your license multiple times, which is likely because the system was not responding, you received 1 eMail for each request. Link to post Share on other sites
