Euro92
Is there a way to cut my sequence without starting a new sequence and cutting the song. I have a song that is too long and want to cut in down in LOR sequence but cant seem to figure out if I can do that. Thanks
Don
Sequence (menu at top) -> Change Sequence Length Note that in past versions you had to create an entire new sequence when changing the time for Musical sequences. If you have to resort to this method you can copy/paste timing and events between sequences.
k6ccc
Depending on what you want to accomplish, you may need to edit the music file so that it works out right. While the method Don gave will work, it means that the music will abruptly cut at whatever time you set.
Brian Mitchell
Use a program like Audacity to edit the music file.
wbaker4
I have been keeping my songs to about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes max. One song's sequence file for "All I want for Christmas is you" was over 1.2 GB (non compressed) - about 700MB Compressed. It randomly crashed the show when playing (even after doubling my computer's memory). Now it's down to about 2 minutes - the compressed file length 328MB - no problems since. Using Audacity lets you edit the file to the point no one notices what was cut out. I usually cut the middle out.
