NV1985
Hi! I'm just getting around to upgrading to S5 w/ Superstar (show is running on S4 still). I watched a few tutorials on the Superstar, but for some reason mine will only load 9 seconds at a time vs longer amounts of the song. I can't figure out what I'm doing incorrectly. In the tutorial they just select the time slot they want and then the "insert SuperStar" option to run it and it will have whatever time they selected, 30 seconds, the whole song etc. Mine 9 seconds every time. Thanks for any help! - Christina
k6ccc
The navigation buttons on the toolbar are your friend. The single right pointy icon (my green arrow) will move you ahead one second. The double right pointy icon (my red arrow) will move you ahead eight seconds. Hold the CTRL key and press the double right pointy icon will move you to the end of the song. Same thing for the left pointy icons to move one second, eight seconds, or to the beginning of the song (the two icons inside the purple rectangle). The icon with my Orange line pointer will play the eight seconds visible, and the icon that looks like a movie camera on a tripod (my blue arrow) will play from the current view to the end of the song. I am going to point out that I referenced moving or playing to the end of the song. In S5, that may or may not be the case since the amount of the song available depends on how much of the song you selected in the S5 Sequencer before selecting "Insert SuperStar Effects". I put a nice graphic below that some browsers (Chrome) have an issue loading, so if you don't see the screen capture, there is a link below to it. http://www.newburghlights.org/images/SuperStar_navigation.png
