Triangle error?

I have been out of the game for a few years and am not yet up to speed on S5. I downloaded a sequence from LOR and changed all my network setting and have a triangle next to the channels instead of the sun looking symbol and it is trying to play all 12 channels through one channel?

A triangle means its a motion effect row. Depending on how its set up it can be a section of a prop a whole prop or even a group of all your props. You can add remove or modify motion rows.

If you want to play around with motion effects, select a portion of a motion row and right click, insert motion effect, and the editor will open.

If you want your conventional channels back try right clicking and enable channel level.

Save your work often so you can go back when you mess it up.
