indi
I have a couple of channels (3 and 8} that have no power out put. Any ideas what can cause this to happen? Thanks
TheDucks
Was this determination done by using HU? You have a fried the channels Triac? (try sniff test). Severe overload (shorted load/cords). Inductive Load Kick back (Back EMF) Have you tried doing a Full Board Reset(page 9 in the Gen3 book)
indi
I just used voltage tester. I only have 1 string of 70 bulb led connected to the channels. I had this happen a few years ago and sent it back to LOR. They fixed it and I never knew what they did to fix it. All I know is that it cost me $150.00. Thanks Well that rules out overload unless there is rat chewed wires on that string (I would expect the fuses in the strings plug to go, but the standard rule applies: 'The $20 semiconductor protects the 25cent Fuse' 🙄 ).
