rushonerok
I have a CTB16PC controller. Channel 10 is stuck constantly on. Before I even do anything with the hardware utility. This channel turns on when you plug the main power cord in and only turns off when you unplug that main power cord. While using the hardware utility it does not respond to any effects (twinkle, fade, etc) and remains in a constant On state. I have tested this on multiple strands of lights with the same result. I got the CTB16PC Kit (Complete Package) so the board was already solder when I got it and all I had to do was plug in live, neutral, and grounds for each channel - hard to mess up.So what could be causing this? A bad solder join on the board? A jumper that was misplaced? Please help! Thanks!

Guest wbottomley
It could be a bad solder joint from the factory or a bad triac.Contact support@lightorama.com and let them know all of the details.
