Jason OC
I've created a sequence and added that sequence to a show. I scheduled the show and then tried to enable the schedule so I can see my show. I received an error message saying "Failed to load control '' from . Your version of may me outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application." Has anyone seen this? anyone know how to resolve? Also, is there anyway to preview your sequence and actually see the lights or is the only way to do that to add it to a show and schedule it. This is so frustrating. I've spent hours trying to research this and can't find anything. Also opened a help desk ticket, but would really like to resolve this now... Brian Mitchell
If you click control lights in the play menu, you should be able to right from the sequence editor.
k6ccc
I don't think I have ever heard of that one. Not that it should matter (for the most part), are you trying to play the show on a different computer than you wrote the sequence on, and does that computer have a different version of LOR software running on it? Normally that should not matter BTW.
Mr. P
Does a Basic license allow scheduling?

Orville
I have seen that error before, I've even gotten it, a few times! When I did, I had upgraded the software to a different version, but the install of the new software didn't take correctly. Had to uninstall, and re-install and reboot again, to get it to go away. The 2nd time I got it was when I upgraded both my license and the software, all I had to do on this one was reboot my computer to make the changes take effect and the error went away. And this one could be a possibility, as we don't know how many controllers, type of controllers the OP is using. If you're trying to use more Controllers than your license allows in a sequence, I got this error. {I had 5 Controllers in my sequences and a Basic + license at the time, which Basic + only covered 4 controllers. Tried to do a show and got this error when trying to enable it. It wrote just fine, but it would not enable}. Or if adding RGB items and your license doesn't cover the type you're using, it may generate this error if trying to write a show with items your license doesn't cover.{never had this problem as I had upgraded and didn't have to worry about my license covering the criteria in my show, so this one is more or less, a guesstimate and tossed out there, just in case it could possibly create this problem}.
