My singing trees are not working

i purchased two tree, Ralphie and ZUZU to add to my show this year. I am using a mini director.  One Blue light comes on on Ralphie, the module appears to be a lot warmer to the touch than ZuZu's controller >  Neither work  The red light blinks rapidly in the controller  I tried holding down the reset button doesnt seem to help.  I ran a test with Ralphie to check everything before i set them up in the yard.  Ralphie worked great.  At a lost not sure what to do now  Thanks Scott

How many other controllers do you have?

Are you using the factory unit ID's?

Testing in HU does not indicate the actual lights from a sequence will work.

If you want to shoot me a PM and we can exchange numbers and I can walk you through the LOR Singing Quartet configuration. of course sometime tomorrow.

After a couple of hours of trying to help the OP get this running it was deemed bad and LOR and the great Customer Service we have all come to know and love, is replacing the unit.

They are, and according to tracking should be here on Friday. Makes me glad o went with LOR when I starter decorating
