Heck of a fortune

Today I had lunch at a Chinese place a brought home a fortune cookie for later.  A couple hours later while taking a break from working on my pixel tree, I ate that fortune cookie.  The enclosed fortune seemed very appropriate.  It read:

 

YOUR FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT

As long as we are able to keep our displays up and running, I'd say all of us "hobbyist lighters"  future will always look and be bright!

About 2 months ago, I got

one that said, “ you will be the center of attention in the near future”

my wife’s cookie didn’t have a fortune in it! Lol 

we were scared to drive home! 😂

Only lousy fortune I ever got in a fortune cookie was many, many moons ago.  It said: "wealth and misfortune would come your way".

Well it sure did come somewhat to fruition, I found a $20.00 bill blowing through a parking lot, bent over to pick it up, got it and then some woman barreled right into me with her shopping cart!

Fortunately no real injuries, but my back was sore for about a week.

After that one, I refused to take or read any more fortune cookies!
