Don Posted November 7, 2020 Posted November 7, 2020 Close all LOR programs and open them again. The license key doesn't change, and should recognize the updated license to Advanced. If you used a different email in the purchase process, then you'd need to fill out a help desk ticket and ask them to correct it for you.
