Help importing Previews in S5

I am just switched over to S5.  I created a preview on my desktop with success and have done some sequencing.  I installed S5 on my laptop (which is what we use to play the show) and imported the preview that i created on the desktop.  When I hit the playback toggle button to drop down the playback window I get a black screen.  The tab on the top of the screen says "no motion effect selected".  Like i said I have done this with success on my desktop but this is the first one I’ve tried on the laptop. It appears the preview was imported correct.
