IATCUYB Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Well, this is our first year going animated for Halloween. Obviously we need to work on getting beter video and work on our editing skills .Enjoy:)http://www.vimeo.com/2007107
rwertz Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Your display looks very interesting. We really like the web.It looks like the pumpkins are mounted on some type of fence. Do you have a daylight picture?
Richard Hamilton Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Cute. Not bad for a first year. I wish I had the energy to do something other than Christmas displays, but I don't have an army of kids to help.
IATCUYB Posted October 19, 2008 Author Posted October 19, 2008 Here is a pic we took about 2 weeks ago.. we've added a few things here and there since then..Richard, I wish we had an army of kids to help as well. All I got though is a wife, a 7 year old, and a 5 year old to "direct" what needs to be done.. Definitely worth it though to see thier faces light up... Attached files
Jeff Juneman Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 That's great! The web is real cool. You are off to a great start if this is just the first time.
Tim Fischer Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 That's great -- I really liked it. Some unique, creative stuff there. I especially liked the web and the "talking face" on the house. If I were to offer one 'critical' suggestion, it would be to try to sync the "mouth" as closely to the words being spoken as possible. You shoudl be able to get it very close with proper timings. Not to say it looks bad now (I already said I liked it!)-Tim
struair Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 Yes, The web is very unique and definately my favorite part.

We are still working on it a little bit each day. I figure we will have it nailed down come Halloween day:D.It's funny though how we see the things we don't like or know we can do better with a little more time but yet the average "watcher" doesn't notice how far off the timing is, unless they watch our Monster Mash sequence in the beginning....
