Audio file being clipped at the start during show

I converted to S2 this season and am currently running a Halloween show. For some reason, some of the audio files are being clipped at the start by about 1/4 second. I do edit all my songs so that the sound starts exactly 0.2 seconds from the start of the file. I am using uncompressed wave audio. The even more strange thing is that the file start clipping seems to change locations from day to day - I run the exact same show every day for 3 hours continuously. And it is not every file - just one or two out of 15.

Any one else seen this behavior? I never had this happen with S1 last year.

I've noticed that behavior also, and like your experience, it isn't consistent or predictable. I've found that having about two seconds of silence in the sequence before the music starts seems to eliminate the problem. Or, at least, if it still happens its not noticeable.
